Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Introduction Call

We will schedule a 30 minute call with a member of the recruitment team, for us to get to know you better. The purpose of this call is to find out more about your experience and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, company, process.

Stage 2

1st Stage Interview

This will be a 30 min call with your potential future manager. We will be looking to understand more about your experience, how that fits the role, and what makes you tick.

We'll be transparent and honest. So if you have any questions related to the company or the role, please feel free to ask them!
Stage 3

Technical Interview

If the interview went well and we're all aligned, we'll ask you to complete a short technical assessment.
Stage 4

Final Interview

This will be a cultural and collaborative interview with our Product and Design team to see how you will work together.
Stage 5

Offer

After your interviews, if everything is positive, we will be delighted to progress to offer stage.
